The Gujarat Research & Medical Institute (Rajasthan Hospitals) is a charitable trust founded in  1982 With a vision to provide the upmost level of healthcare to the common man, at the most affordable cost  in and around the city of Ahmedabad and more so in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.  The Gujarat Research & Medical Institute also dedicates its advanced facilities and expertise to research and development making further inroads in the field of health and medicine. The hospital runs educational institutions to impart knowledge and training in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedical Sciences and Radiological Techniques, to build an efficient workforce of healthcare professionals, to adequately handle the global requirements of medical and surgical emergencies.

Journey has started on 15th November, 1984 with basic general healthcare facilities of outpatient consultation and 50 indoor patient beds. Today, with over three decades of experience in the field the institution grown into,

• 250 beds multidiscipline, super specialty tertiary health care center providing succour in nearly all disciplines of medical science including alternative sciences under one roof, without distinction in caste, creed or religion.

The Gujarat Research & Medical Institute (Rajasthan Hospitals) is a flourishing hospital, mainly in Shahibaug Ahmedabad; The Gujarat Research & Medical Institute (Rajasthan Hospitals) has an outstanding and recognized team of doctors and Nurses trained in India and abroad in all specialties including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Respiratory, Oncology, and Orthopedics Joint replacement, Gastro Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery etc. For surgery, we have an operation theatre complex having modular operation theatres with hepo filters, central oxygen and suction, pendants, LED surgical lights, electronic operation table and equipped with modern medical equipment. The complex seamlessly opens in the state of art Post-Operative Care Unit and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. It is a matter of great pride that they, at The Gujarat Research & Medical Institute (Rajasthan Hospitals), have created a facility and an atmosphere of team-work and cross-opinions with all related doctors and these inputs and discussions shared between many scientific minds greatly benefit their patients. We have to our credit, numerous path breaking achievements in the field, which is indeed the result of our undeterred pursuit of excellence in healthcare.

The Institution continually strives to upgrade its human resources, technology and quality processes. The super specialty treatments are provided at rates affordable to common man with special assistance to the poor and needy patients. We take nominal fees of Rs.100 for outdoor patient consultation. Free and concessional camps for diagnosis and treatment of various ailments are continuously held at various places throughout India.

This Department is recognized by MAA Yojana ( State Sponsors free health care for BPL Patent’s.) it is run by senior consultants who have good teaching experience in Govt.Institute who have published in national & International generals.
